Clubbell Yoga

Clubbell Yoga is a fusion between Strength Training and Yoga. By incorporating a weighted club into traditional flows, you’ll encounter a deeper connection to your stances while developing a greater sense of proprioception and balance. Clubbell Yoga is designed to re-wire both your muscular and nervous system to increase mobility and balance in order to move with greater ease and precision.

outdoor bootcamp

Summer Outdoor Bootcamp utilizes calisthenics, plyometrics and functional movement to provide an intense, challenging and fun workout in the sun.  Meets at the Greenlake Park  Aqua Theater  - West Greenlake Way N, Seattle WA 98103 for 18 weeks.

INDOOR BOOTCAMP

A 30 minute cardio intensive workout that utilizes high intensity body weight intervals to increase your lung capacity and cardiac output while pushing you to your limits.
