Outdoor Bootcamp 

Tuesdays 7p may 30th - september 26th

Summer Outdoor Bootcamp utilizes calisthenics, plyometrics and functional movement to provide an intense, challenging and fun workout in the sun.  Meets at the Greenlake Park  Aqua Theater  - West Greenlake Way N, Seattle WA 98103 for 18 weeks.

Foam Rolling and lacrosse ball workshop

Ever wonder why people sit on those weird foam things after working out? Do you have a foam roller or a lacrosse ball, but never use it because you don't know what to do? Do you love your foam roller and want to explore more of the whats, hows and whys? Then come join us at our studio as we host Sean from Lifestyle Chiropractic for a Foam Rolling and Lacrosse Ball Workshop.

Sean is Lifestyle Chiropractic’s Certified Athletic Trainer. Sean attended Portland State University where he received his Bachelors in Exercise Science and Pacific University for Graduate studies in Athletic Training. Sean believes that functional rehabilitation and strengthening are great additions to chiropractic care. His approach is a systematic process of looking at the body as a whole, in order to find the primary source of movement dysfunction. This drives his rehabilitation to focus on restoring proper posture and movement patterns essential for pain free movement in everyday life.

The Foam Rolling and Lacrosse Ball Workshop. Part 1 covers: an introduction to foam rolling, who needs it, when they need it, where to use it, and how to use it. Part 2 is a continuation of Part 1 with the added application of the Lacrosse ball. Workshop is 2 hour and included with the course is a foam roll and lacrosse ball for each student.
